Q. Isn't the bed narrow? Can I put my luggage?
The width of the bed is 2 x 1 square meters. The bed is solid and doesn't groan. When you close the curtain, it will be a semi-private space.
You can put your luggage in the shared closet.
Q. What kind of people live there? I'm worried about theft.
People of different ages and nationalities live here. When we're full, there are 30 people, and the ratio of males and females is about 6:4. We interview you when you want to move-in.
We ask to keep your valuables yourself, and you can use a safty box without charge.
Q. Who cleans the guesthouse and puts the trash out?
The staff cleans the common use spaces (the lounges, the bathes, the kitchen etc.). We ask to clean in and around your bed yourself.
Q. Do you have any rules and a curfew?
We have only one rule of "not causing trouble for others". Please keep good manners.
We don't have a curfew.
Q. What do you have in the shared spaces?
We have 2 lounges, 2 bathrooms w/showers, 2 separate toilets and a kitchen.
In the lounge, we have TV, DVD and Video Player, game machines, comics.
In the kitchen, we have 2 refrigerators, a microwave oven, two-burner gas range, 2 rice cookers, a toaster, utensils and each one's box for food.
In the bedrooms, we have A/C and shared closets.
Q. Do you have access to the internet at each room? Is it free?
We have a wireless LAN throughout the building. It's free.
Q. Can I bring along my friends?
You can bring along your friends in the lounges. But please do not let them enter the bedrooms nor sleep in the living rooms.
Q. Can I take a look at the guesthouse?
Yes, please see our guesthouse for yourself.
When you send us a mail, we will set up a date for an appointment.
No, it isn't. Instead, one month deposit is required. (It would be fully refunded when leaving the guesthouse, unless you fall behind in your fee or break common properties.)

Q. What do I need at the time of contract?
Please bring a copy of picture ID, for example, passport, driver license, etc.
Q. When should I pay the rent?
Please pay the next month's rent until 25th of each month. (Japanese Yen only.)
Q. What should I do when I leave the guesthouse?
Please let us know 1 month prior to the leaving date.
Q. How much should I pay when I move in/out in the middle of the month?
When you move in/out the guesthouse in the middle of the month, we calculate the rent by the day.
Moving in: Please pay the rent from the move-in day to the end of that month.
Moving out: Please pay the rent from the beginning of that month to the move-out day.
Q. Can I switch to another bed after moving in the guesthouse?
Yes, you can switch to another bed when the bed is available. Please let us know that you want to switch the bed, then we will keep you informed of the avalability.
