Profile of Riku's Bakery(Riku no Pan ya san)

Welcome to Riku's Bakery.
After training as a baker, we desided to open a bakery in 2015 nearby Hasune station, Itabashi, Tokyo. Our breads are all made by natural yeast and purely domestic flour. The dough is additive free with no preservative. Some of our favourite products are the Batards. Come and See us next time you are in town and enjoy the smell of flour and our delicious breads.
